2023 – Present  Director of Experience Design, Kenvue (Johnson & Johnson company)

  • Lead UX research, strategy, and execution for Kenvue's corporate brand design teams and external design agencies. 

  • Collaborated with Kenvue global onboarding UX research teams. Conducted vital stakeholder interviews, empathy mapping sessions, service blueprint maps and design thinking workshops. 

  • Spearheaded the development and redesign of Kenvue BI dashboards, Formula Configurator R&D Apps, and AI Chat GTP Coaching App, exploring innovative ways to enhance user interactions and experiences. 

2021 – 2022  Director of Experience Design, Nerdery

  • Provided strategic direction and UX/UI guidance to the Google Next events Product Design team. 

  • Oversaw the Product Design teams working on the global B2B2C website for Millipore Sigma, leading Agile sprint meetings, sketching ideation sessions, and contributing to innovative design solutions. 

  • Collaborated on United Healthcare Onboarding UX Research initiatives, new Onboarding App interface, and Service Blueprint Map.

2020 – 2021  Product Design Director, EasyKnock

  • Responsible for developing new website UX/UI designs, Onboarding Apps, Sales Enablement Apps, and online Financial Calculators. 

  • Defined a comprehensive product strategy CX roadmap for EasyKnock B2B and B2C markets in collaboration with their sales, marketing, and customer service teams. 

2018 – 2020  Chief Customer Experience Officer, Atmosphere Proximity 

  • Led UX research and CX strategy for clients such as Axis Capital, Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, and WorldPay (now FIS). 

  • Served as the Principal UX Designer for Citibank's Marketing Enablement Web App. 

  • Conducted UX research, selected key personas, and conducted interviews for Worldpay's new global website. 

2013 – 2018  Digital Strategy & UX/UI Design Director, H&L Digital, Infor

  • Designed and directed workshops for C-Suite level clients at Infor's Innovation Center. 

  • Spearheaded research and development (R&D) efforts for NYPD, FDNY, DSW, Nordstrom, Hermès, Nutreco, Fairview Health, Care.com, Hertz, Aston Martin, and Triumph. 

  • Responsible for Infor's Service Design engagements and POS Sales Enablement App for Nutreco, Milgard, Hertz, Brooks Sports, and Steve Madden. 

  • Strategic assignment of cross-functional Product Design Pods/teams to support Infor's Enterprise software vertical industry solutions in healthcare, finance, hospitality, and government. 

  • Collaborated in developing the new Design System, Infor Soho, and created new Data Visualization and Design Guidelines for Infor BI dashboards. 

  • Responsible for driving Design Thinking initiatives, leveraging rapid development concepts and prototyping techniques to successfully deliver market-ready GA (General Availability) products.
